Durham Motherhood Circle

The Motherhood Circle welcomes women & birthing people from pre-conception, to pregnancy through to postpartum (non-crawling babies welcome).
Each session will be free flowing and co-created with those there.
It is a space to share, reflect, to ask for support, for journaling with the aim that you leave feeling relaxed and easeful.
These sessions are facilitated by me, Zoe Gardiner. I am an experienced doula, space holder, massage therapist and mother of two (soon to be three) with over ten years experience of supporting, holding and caring for new mothers.
Zoe creates an amazing environment to relax and unravel aspects of your life in these creative journaling collaborations. Her prompts are open and thought provoking though not directive, her presence is fresh, light and non demanding in such a warm, cosy and safe setting. It is like joining Zoe at her kitchen table with friends to create new pieces. I really look forward to these sessions. So welcoming and easy going. Thank you! 🎨 🖌 ❤️
"Zoe welcomed us all with open arms and immediately I knew the retreat was what I had been waiting nearly two years for. Thank you Zoe for providing the space to be held and heard. Would fully recommend booking your place on a soul space retreat, if you are on your postpartum journey and feeling unheard."
